Find the bucket for your active-contract count. Every active contract is billed at that bucket's rate; crossing into a larger bucket moves the entire active portfolio to the lower rate.

Billing uses the highest active-contract count in the period. Crossing into a larger bucket reprices the account on the following invoice. Interchange, carrier surcharges, registration fees, taxes, premium destinations, and other third-party assessments pass through at cost.
